Hello, my name is Annie Benjamin and I am in my first year of being a Realtor in the area. Port Williams is my home where I grew up and still reside, after graduation I attended cosmetology school and spent the last 13 years of being a hairstylist and loving every minute of making people happy, I decided I needed to further indulge in this need.

Ready for a new challenge I decided to finally pursue my passion of helping people in another way- either buying their dream home or navigating through this difficult market to get top dollar for their home.

My family and myself have always been involved in the market with rentals, buying, fixing, selling, and the passion grew.  My partner and I bought our first home at 22 years old and from there we moved on to own rentals and the passion grew more. Now married and one beautiful son later I was able to finally take my course and obtain a real estate licence!

In my short time being licenced I’ve been on the go with buyer clients and listings and feel like I’ve been in it forever! My favorite things are advertising and advocating for my clients as its so important in this market, and of course farming and livestock!

I have been a farm girl my whole life, growing up surrounded by farms of every kind poultry/beef/vegetables, you name it! However I love specializing in livestock. Horse properties are my neish, I’ve owned and competitively shown them since I was five years old, still a current owner of 5 horses and still very much active in the horse community!
